At the outset, the Course aimed to prepare pediatric radiology fellows with non-interpretive skills for the various roles in which radiologists serve referring physicians and their patients: consultant, manager, leader, researcher, educator, and patient advocate.  The commitment to serving pediatric radiology fellows will continue under the Slovis Career Development Course and the scope of the Course will now expand to also include topics across the experience spectrum from early to late career.
